The Hiring Incentive Program (Penjana Kerjaya) is one of the initiatives with the aim to promote job creation among employers. At the same time, reducing the unemployment rate and retrenchment in the country.

What is Penjaya Kerjaya 3.0?
As the hiring incentive program 2.0 has ended by 30 June 2021, the Penjana Kerjaya 3.0 is an extension to the hiring incentives program.
This hiring incentives program was enhanced with the aim to reduce unemployment among the locals. Those eligible employers will be receiving 40% to 60% of the subsidy of the total employee’s salary for 6 months.
What are the documents required to upload to Penjana Kerjaya Portal?
If you are interested in applying for Penjana Kerjaya 3.0, you may start applying from 15 July 2021 onwards. The last day of application is on 31 December 2021.
Before you apply for the Penjaya Kerjaya 3.0, here are the required documents to be uploaded to the Penjana Kerjaya portal for the application:
- Employer’s bank account detail (front page displaying employer’s name, account number, and bank’s name)
- Business registration number (BRN) recognized by the bank
- Signed employee’s verification form
- Employee’s bank account detail (bank statement’s front page displaying employee’s name, account number, IC number and bank’s name)
How does the incentive payment work?
For every successful application, the first incentive payment will be made into the employer or employee’s bank account (depending on the category) 30 days after successful application.
