COMPANY HISTORY

WeCorporate Global Consultancy Sdn Bhd (WeCorporate), launched in 2018 is a one-stop, digital-driven corporate services provider with the aim of assisting our clients from company set-up, accounting, payroll, tax, financial advisory to regulatory and migration matters.

In 2020, WeCorporate became a subsidiary company of InCorp Global – Southeast Asia’s leading corporate services provider with a regional presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia. By being a part of the InCorp Group, we are now able to help many more businesses in Malaysia set up and expand across Asia easily.

WeCorporate makes the lives of start-up founders, aspiring entrepreneurs, successful SME owners, adventurous foreign businessmen and savvy investors easier by providing a one-stop solution with support from digital technology and offering our clients a seamless and hassle-free journey while they focus on growing their business.

Since launching, we have assisted over 1,500 clients ranging from tech start-ups, established business, to foreign companies from all over the world offering digital incorporation, company secretary, accounting and payroll services in Malaysia, being one of the pioneers in the industry offering such services.

The founders of WeCorporate pride themselves for being more than just ordinary accountants as they are entrepreneurial in nature and have started various ventures prior to forming WeCorporate Global Consultancy. Being entrepreneurs ourselves – we believe the key to a successful business is constant innovation, efficiency and professionalism.

Our key management are members of Malaysian Institute of Accountant and Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales and with decades of combined experience in this industry.

Director

Adam started his career with KPMG in London, United Kingdom before returning to Malaysia to set up his own practice, Pine Tree Corporate Advisory. He specialised in corporate secretarial matters, accounting, financial due diligence and corporate finance/M&A.He is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

LIM PEI HAU

Director

Pei Hau started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the United Kingdom prior to joining a private equity and venture capital firm in Kuala Lumpur. Pei Hau specialised in accounting, business advisory, financial due diligence and corporate finance/M&A.He is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
